Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on servers in Germany. The domain is served through Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit the site, your IP address, browser type, the requested page and the time are processed to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse, for example by limiting the number of requests per address (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log data is kept only for a short period for security purposes. Where a provider is based outside the EU, transfers are based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Shop and checkout

Product data is loaded from Shopify. If you add products to the cart, a cart identifier is stored in a cookie so the cart survives page loads; it is technically necessary and contains no personal details. Checkout, payment and order handling take place on Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland), production and shipping on Printful. The data you enter there is processed to fulfil your order (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR); Shopify's privacy policy applies to the checkout pages.

Investor registration

If you register as an investor, we store the name, mobile number and email address you provide, the time of your registration and your consent to be contacted by phone or email about your investment interest (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). To confirm that the number is yours, we send a one-time code by SMS through the German provider seven.io. Once the number is confirmed, our founder is informed of your registration by SMS and by email in order to call you, and we send a confirmation to the email address you provided. Emails are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.) from servers in the EU. Both providers process the data only on our behalf. Requests whose code is not confirmed are deleted after ten minutes. If a pitch deck is offered after registration, an essential, temporary access cookie makes it available to your browser for one hour, and a copy is attached to the confirmation email.

We keep registration details for as long as we are in contact about your investment interest and delete them when you withdraw your consent or when the contact has ended, unless statutory retention obligations apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to [email protected].

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics or third-party tracking. The only cookies are the technically necessary ones named above.

Email contact

If you email us, we process your message and address to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI) in Wiesbaden.
